As part of Alana Healthcare’s responsibility to conduct its business affairs ethically and in compliance with the law, it has engaged Lighthouse Services to provide an anonymous ethics and compliance hotline for all Alana Healthcare employees, customers, and clients, along with the general public. The purpose of the service is to ensure that anyone wishing to submit a report of fraud, violations of the Federal False Claims Act or the Tennessee False Claims Act, and any unlawful, unethical, or other type of improper behavior can do so anonymously and without the fear of retaliation.
The Company will investigate all submissions to the hotline and through its other reporting mechanisms. All users are encouraged to provide as much detail to Lighthouse Services as possible so that a targeted investigation can be conducted. Although Lighthouse will protect anonymity to the fullest extent possible, an employee’s identity may become known during the course of the investigation because of the information provided.
